Shipping policy

S H I P P I N G

Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground - whichever makes sense for your address.

Orders will typically ship within 2-4 business days once placed. This can change during peek business times like the Christmas Holiday, Mother's Day and New Years. We will add changes to shipping time in the header of our home page when this time frame is different. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.
Please be aware that Collective Harmony Co is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order is in the care of the mail carrier. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to them. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. We can assist you in filing the claim for a lost package, but ask that you work with your local postal or UPS service for lost packages.

International Orders: At this time we are currently only shipping in the United States.

 

M I S S I N G    P A C K A G E S

Once a package is in the care of the mail carrier Collective Harmony Co is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it you must reach out to your local UPS/USPS to assist with finding said package. We are unable to do anything on our end. Most likely the carrier will ask for you to submit a claim. We are more than happy to assist with any information that is needed from us in submitting the claim.
