meet the maker
Owner and Creator behind Collective Harmony Co. When I'm not crafting up new scents or product ideas you can usually find me binging the latest on netflix, spending time with my husband Kevin or curled up with a good book. I'm a lover of all things Harry Potter, being outside, exploring new hiking spots and enjoying time with friends. My workout of choice is kickboxing, and I'm a sucker for a great chick-flick. We welcomed our little boy in the fall of 2021 and we couldn't be more excited to welcome him to our family!
I love trying new things and being creative. I've recently fallen in love with the art of macramรฉ and love using my hands to be creative. My newest hobby is playing around with watercolors as a form of relaxation. I really enjoy doing anything creative in my spare time. Being able to create something with your own two hands is so special and after a busy day in the studio being able to let loose and be creative makes my heart so happy!

my favorites in the shop:
how it all started
being creative is in my nature. weather it was playing school as a kid, designing with ello (throwback! who remembers those?!) or trying out all the things when pinterest first launched.
my life as an entrepreneur began with tile coasters (which were all the rage circa 2016). this is when haley's costers + home decor was created.
the very beginnings of collective harmony co (originally named crafted harmony co) started back in the fall of 2017 when I bought my first bag of soy wax, some jars, fragrances + dyes (see photos for our first candles ever made!) shortly after this my husband proposed and I was in full on wedding planning mode, so the business took a back burner. I was also working a full-time job at the time as well.
flash forward to the spring of 2019 and I jumped back into collective harmony with a new vision, new vessels and an itch to grow the business! less than a year later the pandemic hit and my business took a huge turn!
in the early months of 2020 I was laid off from my full time job and decided to use the time to really focus on CHC and see what the potential could be. this was the beginning of a huge shift in the business!
heading in to 2021 my husband and I had bought our first home and just found out we were expecting our first child! I really dove deep into growing the business to be sustainable once our little boy arrived.
we decided to rebrand the company before his arrival, which is what collective harmony co is today!

the early days of entrepreneurship included so much home decor, tile coasters, plaques + a small amount of soy candles (peep the back corner on the table)

after taking a little hiatus to plan our wedding + enjoy newlywed bliss the beginnings of CHC were being brought to life. our beloved mini mason jars were introduced in spring 2019 and a new vision for the company was unfolding.

this year saw a huge shift in the business. focusing on adding new products, creating our website + learning the ins + outs of all things it takes to run a business.

with continued growh of the business I needed a dedicated space and so we turned the den into my studio. up until this point all products were made in our kitchen using a double boiler method to melt wax.

with the purchase of our home in 2021 I was able to have a dedicated studio space for CHC.

with the upcoming birth of our son we decided to hone in on what our vision for CHC was + create a brand we really loved! this is when what you know as CHC today was brought to life.
